Job Description:

1. Understanding Import and Export Procedure
2. Communication with Forwarder
3. Able booking inspection
4. Able submit Import License of Iron and Steel Product to Ministry of Industry and Ministry of Trade
5. Able using CEISA system
6. Report to Ministry of Trade and Ministry of Industry per month
7. Understand PIB, PEB, Notul, B/L
8. Understand HS Code, Lartas, Tax, COO
9. Manage & control air and sea shipment from japan, Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam, etc
10. Active Monitoring kuota import
11. Understand control price invoice
12. Able access system INSW, Inatrade,Siinas, Kso Sucofindo, OSS
13. Able booking shipment using courier

Skill:

• Have a good analytical thinking
• Have a good negotiation skill
• Able to do multitasking job
• Active in English, Japanese point plus
• Having drive license A
• Excel Formula, Vlookup, Pivot table, etc.
• Have a PPJK license will be an advantage
